One of the best teen hubs in the country – where teenagers fly in for beaches and clubbing, throughout the year. The city is best known for cheap booze and sandy beaches, with fresh air and deep seas. In monsoons, Goa is the best place to be at! The tall trees are dancing in the winds, all day long, when the cheers at the beaches are rubbed off by the heavy rainfall. If you love getting drenched in heavy showers, this is your vacation spot!

  • Darjeeling:

The perfect monsoon getaway of India is the well known for tea industry along with a popular tourist destination, also known as The Queen of Hills, is situated at the foothills of the great Himalayas. Due to surrounded hills, it receives heavy showers during the monsoon. While tasting the rich culture and heritage of West Bengal, your gang will get a pleasant vacation to spend!

  • Uttrakhand:

Not the entire state; but Nainital and Ranikhet, in specific, comes to our mind when we are talking about rainfalls! Nainital, even though is a hill-station, after summers, it receives heavy rainfall, which makes it a beautiful place to be at. Plus, it fits into your budget as well. Ranikhet, on the other hand, is a picturesque location is surrounded by hills, blessed with a pleasant climate, lush green forests and famous for majestic views of great Himalayan Ranges.

  • Jog Falls – Karnataka

Even the entire state is known for its heavy and pleasant rainfalls, but Jog falls – in specific, has been receiving great credits for its natural beauty and amazing combination of greenery and splashes of showers. Especially in monsoons, the place is filled with travelers from around the world, to witness the beauty in its purest form.

Monsoon clouds over Dhinodhar hill in Kutch and many such sights await you at the salt lands of Rajasthan. The never-ending desert plains with the surreal horizon in the monsoon give in a fascinating view. If Goa is not the right place for your gang, to enjoy the monsoons and there is no other place you can think of, while being in Mumbai; don’t worry! You have one place, just adjacent to your city – Lonavala! With the onset of monsoon, the Sahyadri mountain ranges and the Ghats revive with alluring greenery, breathtaking waterfalls and pleasant climate. For a quick escape from the bustling city, plan a trip to the quaint hill town of Lonavala.
